Installation & Setup
After installing ADAPT EA, choose between Automatic Mode for pre-configured trading or Manual Mode for custom settings. In Automatic Mode, the EA optimizes itself for USDCAD, EURUSD, AUDUSD, EURGBP, and USDJPY; other pairs default to Manual Mode.

• Automatic Mode: Enable AutoSettings (“All Auto”) and set MaxDrawDown (default 30%) to limit risk.
• Manual Mode: Disable AutoSettings to manually configure entry points, Take Profit, Stop Loss, etc. Note: Manual Mode does not adapt to market conditions.

Trading Recommendations

• Timeframe: Works consistently across all timeframes; H1 is recommended if unsure.
• Risk Levels:
  • 4–5 pairs: 10–20% risk per pair.
  • 2–3 pairs: 15–30% risk.
  • 1 pair: 25–40% risk.
• Minimum Deposit (0.01 lot):
  • USDCAD: $1,070
  • EURUSD: $1,300
  • AUDUSD: $750
  • EURGBP: $700
  • USDJPY: $830
• Leverage:
  • 100% risk (3–5 pairs): 1:500+
  • 40% risk: 1:200
  • 20% risk: 1:100
  • 10% risk: 1:50
  • 5% risk: 1:25

Backtesting Tips

• Spread: Set a fixed average spread for accurate results, as MT4/MT5’s default “Current” spread may skew tests due to weekend spikes (100–200 points).
• Leverage: Ensure the tester uses the recommended leverage (e.g., 1:500) or match your account’s leverage for reliable results.

ADAPT EA Settings

• AutoSettings:
  • All Auto: Default mode for automatic calculations on supported pairs (USDCAD, EURUSD, AUDUSD, EURGBP, USDJPY). Set MaxDrawDown for risk control.
  • Manual Settings: Customize all parameters (e.g., entry points, lot size, Stop Loss) for any pair, but no market adaptation.
• MaxDrawDown: Set maximum drawdown percentage for stable operation.
• ControlLoss: Enable (“True”) to enforce MaxDrawDown limits; disable (“False”) to calculate lots without limiting drawdown.
• Slippage: Define maximum price slippage for trades.
• MagicNumber: Unique identifier for EA trades; ensure it differs from other EAs.
• FinishTrading: Enable (“True”) to stop trading smoothly without losses, completing existing baskets without opening new ones.

Manual Mode Settings (Active only in Manual Settings mode)
Note: Pip-based parameters auto-convert for 4-digit/5-digit quotes (e.g., 50 pips = 500 pips for 5-digit brokers). Specify values as if for 4-digit quotes.

• SignalAccuracy: Adjusts signal precision (1–10+); higher values analyze more data.
• SignalFrequency: Controls trade frequency (1–10); higher values increase trade openings.
• SignalPeriodCoef: Sets market analysis time range (1–7).
• ManualLot: Set initial lot size manually.
• TakeProfit: Define Take Profit per grid order (in pips).
• OrdersStep: Set distance between grid orders (in pips); ideally equals or is less than TakeProfit.
• IncreaseEach: Specify how often (e.g., every 2 orders) to increase TakeProfit and OrdersStep based on IncreaseTakeProfit/IncreaseOrdersStep.
• IncreaseTakeProfit: Define TakeProfit increase per IncreaseEach setting.
• IncreaseOrdersStep: Define OrdersStep increase per IncreaseEach setting.
• StopGridOn: Set which grid order stops further grid expansion.
• StopLossLastOrder: Set Stop Loss (in pips) for the last grid order to limit drawdown, applied to all orders in the basket.
