If your EA is confirmed non-functional within 15 days of purchase, you may request a one-time exchange for another EA of equal value.

3. After 15 Days

No exchanges or modifications will be offered after 15 days.
All purchases are considered final beyond this period.

  • Provide the order ID and product name
  • Submit screenshots, MT4/MT5 error logs, or video proof
  • Cooperate with troubleshooting steps, if requested

Exchanges will not be processed without sufficient proof of a technical issue.
